What photo format is required for the accreditation process?

You must upload a passport-style photo with a minimum resolution of 492 × 610 pixels, with your head clearly visible.

What should I enter in the “Organization” field?

In the “Organization” field, please enter the name of the organization you represent. Volunteers should enter “ZPRP”.

What should I enter in the “Function” field?

In the “Function” field, enter the position you hold within your organization. Volunteers should enter “volunteer”.

I am a journalist and would like to apply for accreditation. How can I do that?

Media accreditations can be obtained by filling out the application form. In the “Type of Accreditation” field, select “Media” from the list, and then choose the appropriate “Media Type” according to your role: photographers and videographers should select “photo/video”; press journalists – “press”; TV journalists should select the media type according to the licensing rights of the media they represent.

When will my accreditation application be reviewed? Will I be informed of its status?

Accreditation applications will be reviewed on an ongoing basis by the Accreditation Team. Each applicant will be notified of the outcome via email.

When and where can I collect my accreditation?

Accreditations can be collected during the opening hours of the Accreditation Centres in Płock, Kielce, Katowice, and Sosnowiec. The opening hours of each centre are available at: https://system.handballpoland25.pl/accreditation-centers/?lang=en.

When is the deadline for submitting media applications?

The deadline for submitting media accreditation applications is Wednesday, 11 June at 11:59 PM (local time – CEST). In order to receive the decision of the Accreditation Team as soon as possible, we kindly ask you to submit applications in advance, because accreditation applications will be reviewed on an ongoing basis by the Accreditation Team. Each applicant will be notified of the outcome via email.
