ZPRP INFORMATION CLAUSE

Pursuant to Article 13(1) and (2) of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC  (General Data Protection Regulation) (hereinafter also referred to as  GDPR), we hereby inform you that:

/Controller/ The controller of your personal data is the Polish Handball Federation (Związek Piłki Ręcznej w Polsce), located at ul. Puławska 300 A, 02-819 Warsaw, Poland, KRS (National Court Register): 0000105351 (hereinafter also referred to as ZPRP);

/Purpose of processing/ Your personal data will be processed for the purpose of participating in the accreditation process and involvement in the IHF Men's U21 Handball World Championship Poland 2025, based on Article 6(1)(a) (based on consent), (c) (for the purpose of fulfilling a legitimate interest), and (f) (for the purpose of fulfilling legal obligations/interests) of the GDPR;

/Data recipients/ The recipients of your personal data will be employees and collaborators of ZPRP, international organizations, potentially other entities located outside the European Economic Area, and relevant public authorities, to the extent necessary for the fulfillment of the purpose and the performance of public law obligations. The transfer of your personal data outside the EEA will only occur if necessary and solely for the fulfillment of the purpose;

/Retention period/ Your personal data will be stored for the period necessary for the full achievement of the aforementioned purposes, taking into account the generally applicable provisions of law;

/Your rights/ You have the right to access the content of your data and the right to rectify, erase, restrict processing, transfer, object, and to withdraw your consent at any time, e.g., by phone or at the email address: czaplicki@zprp.org.pl;

/Complaint/ You have the right to lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office when you believe that the processing of your personal data violates the provisions of the GDPR;

/Condition for fulfilling the purposes/ The provision of your personal data is necessary for the fulfillment of the aforementioned purposes; modification of the data may hinder or even prevent the achievement of these purposes;

/What data/ Only the personal data necessary for the fulfillment of the purposes described above will be processed;

/Profiling/ Your data will not be processed in an automated manner, including profiling
